I’m delighted to start this Tuesday with adoring moments from Paria and Jeff’s Cambridge City Hall wedding last week.

Winter is still weeks away, but there have certainly been subtle hints of what’s to come. The brisk air, blissful snowflakes, and dreamy warm winter light are all on the horizon and a few of those winter delights were present on Paria and Jeff’s beautiful wedding day.

We started the day with Paria and her maid of honor getting ready for the day in downtown Boston. Paria chose a blend of deep burgundy, light pinks, and classic ivory as some of the colors for their day. She wore a beautiful flower crown and a gorgeous petaled veil that arrived not soon before we were to leave for pre-ceremony photos around the city. Talk about perfect timing!

With a little bit of steaming it was all set and I was able to use to soften and photograph some of her something specials and their wedding bands.

After getting ready, we traveled to a few special Boston locations for portraits of the lovely bride and groom before their Cambridge City Hall Wedding ceremony.

It was certainly brisk at our first stop, Boston Seaport District, but they snuggled up and flowed through a few moments together to bring in a view of the Boston cityscape along the water.

We then traveled to Beacon Hill, and the light was amazing. I found a tiny pocket of light flowing through an alleyway that was perfect.

Acorn St. is one of the most photographed in Boston and it was only fitting that we stop for a few short minutes before making our way to our last stop at the Boston Public Gardens for pictures of them with the maid of honor and best man.

Their closest friends and some family joined them as they arrived at Cambridge City Hall. Not only were they able to incorporate some of Paria’s Persian culture into the ceremony, but her sweet family was able to join with them from halfway around the world via video.

There were many happy tears, and the celebration simultaneously occurring in two different parts of the world was incredibly special!

Cambridge City Hall Wedding Photos

Paria and Jeff ended their lovely day with an intimate dinner at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain, MA.  A beautiful Persian table intricately adorned with traditional elements was quite the centerpiece of the room.
