Today, I’m so excited to share a sneak peek from Kristy and Thien’s Harvard Square engagement photos. Read more about their story, some of the things they love, and enjoy a few favorites from their engagement session.

Kristy and Thien shared their first date together at a fun spot in Harvard Square. Although Thien was 15 minutes late for their first date, Kristy let him off the hook and that first date turned into a second date sipping on hot chocolate and making snow turtles. On Sunday, we went to Harvard Square for their engagement session and had a blast.

They reminisced, held hands, danced a little, and laughed out loud. a. lot.

I knew that their engagement session was going to be layered with fun moments between the two of them when they showed me one version of their Save-the-Dates featuring the Koolaid Man bursting through a brick wall.

The MayFair event added some extra ambiance to their session, and I decided to take photos of them while they led the way walking through the crowd to their first date spot, Crema Cafe.

They share a love for music, literature, and art. They also love and appreciate the beauty of things unexpected like insects. Although we didn’t find any insects, we did find the prettiest purple blooms growing along the trunk of a tree.

We started their Harvard Square engagement photos in pockets around Harvard Yard, strolled through the MayFair, and wrapped up the fun with a few photos along the Charles River where more dancing and laugh out loud moments ensued!

Kristy and Thien, I am beyond excited for the two of you and look forward to your wedding day in a few short months!! Yay!!
