In my spare time, or simply because I have to feed the people that I love so much, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up some tried and true favorites or going out on a limb and making something that looked good on Pinterest. Let’s not talk about all of the Pinterest fails that have been posted on the internet. For the sake of keeping it real, I have had a few Pinterest fails myself. Like that one time that…never mind, I won’t bore you with that story.
Then there are times when you say to yourself, oh yeah, this is Pinterest for the win! I don’t know how I found this recipe, but I’m among a few others who have pinned this to their boards. It was immediately pinned to my Yummo board, and I have made it more than a few times! I love shrimp curry, and it is one of my favorite dishes at Pepper Terrace Thai Cuisine. My husband and I have had a few date nights there, and we’ve gone with friends as well. I need to leave them a review!
This delicious shrimp curry recipe has become a family favorite so much so that when I made it for dinner on Sunday, I made it enough for seconds and lunch the next day. It really is that good!
Some of the main ingredients are curry powder, chili powder, coconut milk, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and onions, shrimp, and I like to add a little heat with cayenne. If you love curry, I promise you won’t be disappointed! Scroll to the bottom, and find the link to this delicious recipe.
Here is the link to discover the goodness, and let me know if you give it a try! Do you have a Pinterest for the Win recipe?
