Today, I’m excited to share a sneak peek from Monica and Paul’s laughter-filled Prospect Park engagement photos from this past weekend. Read more about their story and enjoy a few favorites from their engagement session.

Because their engagement session began with their adorable Frenchie, Bruce, I have to start with him first.

They were surprised that Bruce was on his best behavior and had photos taken with ease.

I always have at least one attention-getting trick up my sleeve whenever we had pups to the mix, and I’m not sure if it was my trick or if Bruce came to the session that day pose ready.

Oh my goodness! Just wait until you see his adorable tuxedo and bowtie.

Everyone who knows Monica and Paul, know that Bruce is an important part of their lives, and it was only fitting that he have a photo on their save-the-dates.

I mentioned that their session was laughter-filled, and it was just that, from start to finish.

When we met a few weeks ago at the studio, I knew that they were hands down a fun couple as they shared many, many moments of laughter together.

They can’t pinpoint exactly when they first met. Monica knew Paul as just the older brother of one of her friends that she’s known since she was little.

While attending the 25th birthday party of a friend, Paul was there, and he thought Monica was cute. He convinced that friend to have another party and to invite that cute girl, Monica.

They have been inseparable since they started dating, and in 2017, just before she started Graduate School, Paul proposed to Monica and she said yes!

This past weekend was cold, but they had smiles on their faces the entire time for their Prospect Hill park engagement photos.

They danced and laughed, came up with a secret hand-shake and laughed, and they nailed a fun pose several times and laughed. I can not wait to see if that fun pose lands on their save-the-dates.

Monica and Paul, you two have the best sense of humor, and are an absolute joy together! I look forward to photographing all of the fun and beautiful moments on your wedding day in October!
